Putting people at the centre

We brought Grosvenor’s social strategy to life in a warm, human and engaging way for internal and external audiences.


Grosvenor takes sustainability extremely seriously and decarbonisation and biodiversity are at the top of their agenda. Our role was to ensure that social impact became part of the picture. Our first task was to create a compelling story that would resonate with the internal audience and, from there, help strengthen awareness of the work that Grosvenor is leading.


Working collaboratively with our friends at Nice and Serious, we came up with the creative concept ‘People Positive’. We developed a strategy and key messages around this to help the business clarify and present its values in a human-focused way.

Having created a story that employees could understand and fully get behind, we launched the strategy internally with an engaging animation. Watch the animation below.
