Ray is a communications consultant specialising in campaigns which change behaviours, raise awareness, drive media coverage, and engage with a variety of audiences.
Working across the sectors of climate, fashion, food, and air pollution with clients such as IKEA and Innocent, as well as global NGOs: Greenpeace and Action Speaks Louder has equipped her with a unique and strategic understanding of what makes a campaign effective.
Known for her creative insight and relationship-building, she was nominated for Communications Professional of the Year at the Business Green Women in Green Business Awards. Ray has a knack for finding a compelling story. At Forster, she develops thought leadership strategies and provides counsel to clients like the Clean Air Fund and Patagonia, securing top-tier media coverage and influencing policy. Outside of work Ray volunteers to make the music industry more sustainable and on the weekends, she loves scouting out flea markets!
