We are approaching the use of AI with care and intention, understanding that we have a responsibility to operate in the best interests of our team, clients, people and planet. As we trial new solutions, we will be transparent on our use of AI and ensure that we maintain the integrity of our work at all times.
As such, we adhere to the following principles / rules
We will always:
- Adopt a human-centred approach to AI use, meaning all inputs and outputs from AI will go through multiple layers of human review and approval. All outputs will be checked for accuracy, quality, bias and anti-discrimination.
- Create original copy, content and creative work. While we know AI can help us with this, it will not compromise or replace the strategic services, experience and creativity we offer.
- Provide the team with regular AI training to build foundational knowledge, improve proficiency with AI tools and mitigate any associated risks.
- Conduct frequent reviews of our AI policy to ensure it aligns with industry best practices, regulation and technological advancements.
We will never:
- Enter client or confidential information into an open AI system. All the tools we use are thoroughly vetted, taking into account their data collection and security procedures. As with all our suppliers, we also select AI tool providers based on their commitment to cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
