Climate tech firm A Healthier Earth wanted to strengthen its position as a biochar industry leader and convenor by tackling one of the biggest challenges facing the sector: scale. The organisation needed to cut through technical complexity and provide clear, actionable guidance on how biochar‑based carbon removal projects could attract mainstream investment, while building credibility and influence across the industry.

We led the production, design and integrated launch of an industry whitepaper, The Biochar Blueprint: A Developers Guide to Scale.
This included distilling insights from stakeholders across the biochar value chain into practical, realworld guidance, and creating accessible, visually engaging collateral.
The whitepaper was launched in the Blue Zone at COP30, supported by two curated panel discussions exploring its core themes. We amplified the launch through engaging social media content and a thought leadership driven media strategy to maximise awareness, credibility and influence.
