Associate – change and leadership
Polly is an immensely experienced and influential charity leader – she has been there and done that with long stints leading both Women’s Aid and Shelter. As a change and leadership associate, she will work closely with the Forster team to help charity leaders develop the fundamentals they need to successfully steer their organisations through change, everything from coaching to getting the strategy right and inspiring teams to take it forward.
