30 years of communications to protect and improve lives
Since 1996, we’ve worked alongside bold organisations to challenge assumptions, navigate uncertainty and push for progress. The challenges today are different, but no less urgent. This moment calls for communications that mobilise our knowledge, skills and collective determination to shape a fairer, more sustainable future.
In January 2020, we launched our Climate Positive Plan. We were the first communications agency to recognise our opportunity to drive change in partnership with our employees, clients, suppliers and wider community, and have spent the last three years delivering against ambitious objectives.
Our current climate action plan Taking it Personally goes even further. Launched in 2023, we’re putting people at the heart of planetary protection and regeneration.
Along with our annual Impact and Client Disclosure Reports, we have published Taking it Personally to encourage action from others and will continue to report on it each year.
By March 2026 our ambition is to deliver a net gain across three core areas:
Climate
- Reducing our emissions and those across our value chain.
Nature
- Replenishing nature beyond the damage we cause and amplifying its benefits to those most impacted by the climate crisis.
People
- Increasing fair pay for all within and beyond our supply chain, in recognition of the need to build an economy that benefits everyone.
10 YEARS A B CORP
As a B Corp, we’re verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. We’re incredibly proud to have been recertified with a score of 131.1 – putting us in the top 3% of B Corps in the UK.
