Challenge
With no previous communications output, A Healthier Earth wanted help developing its narrative and messaging, and a targeted programme to get in front of its core audience groups of carbon credit buyers, potential partners and investors.
Solution
We created a new brand narrative alongside an integrated communications strategy and activation plan that translated its interesting but complex tech-agnostic model into clear benefits for audiences.
Working closely with the founder, we developed a new tone of voice to help position A Healthier Earth as a leader in climate tech, building organisation and founder profile with a digital-first strategy focusing on LinkedIn and online editorial media. We launched this strategy at UNFCCC COP28, where A Healthier Earth was the official biochar supplier, creating on-the-ground video content in Dubai for social channels and landing an interview on BBC News on day one of the conference.
Since then, we’ve delivered thought-leadership content across earned and owned channels that has directly resulted in partnership leads for the business.
We continue to work as an integrated part of A Healthier Earth’s team, combining strategic support with day to day delivery.

Reforestation efforts in the UK are facing significant challenges with a shortage of seeds and stock, changing climate conditions and low seedling survival. A Healthier Earth has partnered with Blenheim Palace on its ForestFactory® concept, to tackle these challenges and help the UK meet its tree planting targets. We’re working with A Healthier Earth to bring this project to life and target the forestry industry with this exciting innovation.
